Email, Phone Script and Criteria for Quarterly Book-a-thon

Hi ...

As discussed at our monthly meeting yesterday, a special Book-a-thon is being held on Tuesday, July 13 from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.

Its purpose is to help you strengthen your calendar so you can make your business "do what it do" this fall and in Q-4.

If you're ready for your business to do what it do, instead of talk what it talk, put your bag of excuses to the side and show up at the book-a-thon with a list of people you want to call!

Use the Monthly Hostess Specials as Your Book-a-thon Specials!

The Monthly Hostess Specials are the perfect special offers for your Book-a-thon Specials. There are three options in July and three in August, so hostesses have plenty to choose from.

To make it easy to share the specials, text messages have been created that you can send to the folks on your list. Then, during your calls on Tuesday night, you simply go over them on the phone. Here's the link to the texts for July and August.

Suggested Email to Prospective Hosts

As you read down, you'll find the email you should be sending out on Saturday or Sunday. Feel free to edit it and massage it into what you want it to say. The purpose of this email is to insure that you don't have to make cold calls during the Book-a-thon. All you have to do is copy, paste and insert the appropriate name.

Right below the suggested email, you'll find a simple script you can use when calling. So you're familiar with it and sound like yourself, you'll want to practice it a few times before using it.

Qualification Criteria

Hostesses receive these specials at no cost to them, so it's important that they meet our simple qualification criteria. The criteria are as follows:

Party sales must be $400 or more.
Parties must be held in the month that a Hostess Special is on offer.
Party sales do not include Party Specials, shipping, etc.
Once a host qualifies, enter their option in the shared Google file.
Do not close the party until we add the special to your hostess order.
You will be billed the appropriate co-pay amount.
Sorry, these specials are for Hosts only... not for consultants.
Their specific intent is to help you build your business.

EE already gives their hostesses everything and the kitchen sink, but we're adding some special gifts to the free shopping, half-price selections, Step Out In Style and Deck the Walls incentives that hostesses already get.
