The servers that house our enterprise system went down yesterday due to a winter storm that slammed Texas with inches of snow and single digit temperatures.
Millions of homes are without power, including the part of the AT&T network that our servers our on.
The following functions will be down until power is restored... which hopefully will happen today or tomorrow.
1) Your webpage. (i.e., myethnicexpressions.com/stacyabrams
2) Your pages with party links that connect orders to a particular hostess's party.
3) The hostess portal that your hostess enters guests in.
4) Your Consultant Dashboard.
5) The admin side of the software, which is what I use to run everything.
Fyi, customers can still shop on ethnicexpressions.com. That is not down... only the connections from our site back to your webpages and party webpages.
Just let customers know to send you (or their hostess) a text with their name and order number and I'll move them to the party they belong to when the power grid is functioning again.
