Email and Phone Script for Tomorrow's Book-a-thon

Hi ...

As discussed at our monthly meeting last Thursday, special book-a-thon's are being held tomorrow from 7:00 to 8:00 PM to help you get things done in 2021 with respect to your business.

If you're ready to start doing instead of talking, put your myriad of excuses to the side and show up at the book-a-thon with a list of people you want to call!

Below, you'll find the email you should be sending this evening, or tomorrow morning.

The purpose of this email is to insure that you don't have to make cold calls during the book-a-thon. All you have to do is copy, paste and insert the appropriate names.

Right below the suggested email, you'll find a simple script you can use when calling. So you're familiar with it and sound like yourself, you'll want to practice it a few times before using it.

Fyi, the cost to consultants for the special incentives is $15.00. That's necessary in order to have an attractive offering that helps you fill your calendar.

If they haven't already, your leaders will be sending you the link to get on your team's book-a-thon. So be on the look out for it.

I’m reaching out to let you know about a King Day and Black History Month host special that I’m running.

If you were to host a party, which would work better… a weekday or a weekend?

Okay, if a weekend is best, which day do you prefer… Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

Okay, if we do a Saturday, I usually do parties at either 4:00 or 7:00. How does 7:00 on February 6th sound?
