Consultant On the Come Up: Cynthia Flowers

Cynthia Flowers, from Texas, has been making some noise as of late.

Cynthia is originally from New Jersey, and moved to Texas a few years ago. She started in EE 2.0 last fall, but had a hard time getting traction because she didn't know many people in Texas.

Her friends, family, former hostesses and former customers were all back in New Jersey.

So, after doing a few parties her business tapered off.

Then the pandemic came, and along with it, Zoom parties. And as it turns out, that gave Cynthia the ability to tap into her warm market in New Jersey without walking out her front door.

But there was one more obstacle that Cynthia had to surmount.

She'd suffered a stroke and was nervous about presenting on Zoom because she felt speaking properly was going to be a problem.

There's an old saying that you can make excuses... or you can make money... but you can't make both.

So Cynthia pressed on and, lo and behold, her parties have been excellent. For example, in November she's already had two Champagne Shows. The first generated $1,059 in sales. and the second weighed in at $1,677 in sales. Total profits for that kind of volume would be around $684.00. And that was done while sitting at her kitchen table in Texas!!!

So congrats to Cynthia Flowers for hanging in there and not letting her fears get the best of her!

The New System Has Gone Live

Finally! There are a few glitches that need to be ironed out, but the new system is up and running.

Make sure that you are using it for any future parties you do. Sabarria is only doing show reports until she completes the ones she currently has. And, when you use the new system, you don't have to do a show report at all. All of your sales and your party totals will be right there on your dashboard. Yaaaaay!

If you don't have your login for the new system, email me and I will get it to you within 24 hours.

If you're on the system and encounter any glitches, take a screenshot of the error message and email it to me so I can forward it to the developers for troubleshooting.

Commissions Will Be Done at the End of the Month

To minimize the confusion of paying commissions out of the old and new systems at the same time, we're going to wait until the end of the month (November 30) and reconcile everything in both systems at once. So commissions for the second half of November will be paid out on November 30th. Then, starting December 1, the new system will be handling commissions weekly, and bonuses monthly, going forward.

Speaking of bonuses, starting on December 1, we will be going back and manually computing any sales bonuses and downline bonuses that are due from the last time we manually computed them up through November 30.

In the new system, we will be paying commission by directly depositing it into your bank account. (ACH) So make sure you set up your ACH in your back office dashboard.

Jehovah Throw Supplier Is Having Problems

The supplier of the Jehovah Throw is having problems due to Covid-19. Currently they are shut down for a few weeks because of an outbreak in their plant. It's the third time since March that they've had to shut down operations.

We've taken the Jehovah Throw down, but there are several customers who have them on backorder. We'll be calling them this week to explain the situation and find out if they want to re-select... or wait for the plant to open again.
