Tinnetta Bell, artist of In His Dreams and The Gift, is mentioned on the cover of the June 2020 edition of Essence Magazine.
And Kadir Nelson, artist of High Noon, Outlaws, Humility and Basketbrawl, actually created the cover for the June 2020 edition of The New Yorker.
It's striking... haunting... and conveys a powerful message.
